Standard Repair

Our standard service takes place at our shop headquarters, meaning that item are delivered to us for repair.

Our standard shop rate is $80/HR
After hours (Past 5PM) expedited shop rate is $120/HR
Field Repair

We come to you. Some repairs need to be made in the field, we specialize in getting you back up and running without shipping or tearing down equipment.

Our field service call rate $120/HR with an hour minimum charge (standard hours 9am-5pm) with a $60 fuel charge.
Emergency Repair

We come to you in a hurry. Emergencies happen. We keep our phones on and tools handy 24/7. Emergency hours are from 6PM-8AM 7 days a week.

Emergency repair rates are $180/HR with a 2 hour minimum charge.
